My intent was to get this site up and running with tons and tons of free resources for strangers to use at their will. I wanted this site to be popular- one that many people used often, talked about and recommended to others. That, unfortunately, has not happened. I’m not sure why. I used to love graphic design. Besides my animals, its what I used to live for. Now, I can barely remember the last time when I created a great design I was proud of. What happened? Where did the motivation go? Was it thrown out of the window when college became a main priority? Or is it just simply laziness? It saddens me every time I think about this site. I wanted to go far… but, I got no where. Will I be able to fix that… Or will my motivation last for a week until I’m overwhelmed with college papers, work, my friends, family, animals…? I know what I want to do. Its the question of am I willing enough to do it. Am I?

I do not have my own layout up yet, and until I am able to get my own up I’ll just be using a temporary one. As for now I will be concentrating on getting more free graphics/resources up for visiors. I downloaded a trial version of DreamWeaver so hopefully I can get my own layout up soon.

I’ve let this site sit for too long. I’m going to try and make time for it and actually take my knowledge I’ve learned from Interactive Media class and apply it here. Wish me luck.

I know I haven’t been on much as of lately, but summer is just around the corner so I hope to do more with my site then. I was able to buy a laptop as well, which will make access to the internet a lot faster and more stress-free. I will try to get some more freebies up as soon as I can. Thanks.

Alright, so I’ve made a new layout for the site. I like it much more than the one I currently have. The problem is finding time to put it up and I really hope the HTML coding I already have will work… I am also trying to come up with some ideas for the visitor section. What would you guys like to see? Seriously, please help… I need ideas baddly.
As for life outside of the web, I am anxiously awaiting summer break. I still have a LONG way to go, but I can help but count down the days. I’m tired of all of the stupid snow. Its odd… When I was little I would pray for a snow storm. I could stay home from school and build a BIG snowman. Now, though, I pray for it not to snow after I started driving. Its such a pain! Sure, Christmas without snow (for me) is no Christmas at all, but I would LOVE love love to move somewhere warm… say… Italy? Italy sounds good…
Anyway… Just thought I would let you guys know whats going on and what to expect in the near future! OH! and here is a look at the new layout I’m going to try to put up in my spare time…

Sorry its taken sooo long to get my site up and running. With work and school, its been kinda difficult. Tonight I did mangage to get 2 layouts done and I have added some links and stuff. Hopefully I will be able to put the layouts up soon and get started on my others. I personally think the layouts turned out really well, but I guess YOU will be the judge of that. Constructive criticism is greatly appreciated! Anything that will help me become a better designer is welcome. I will also be bringing avatar/icon bases. I have a handful so far, so when I get the time I will put those up as well.

Hello there. This is a my new site, redpetal created by me, Megan and hosted by Zeroexposure.net. I had another sub domain a while ago until for some unknown reason my host’s site disapeared and then, along with his, went mine. I missed creating graphics and chatting with friends, so I’m back. I hope to bring even more creative designs than last time and meet more people. I know my site isn’t much of anything right now, but when I’m not working or with friends, I will be trying to improve this site a little at a time.
